I have wanted to be a writer for as long as I can remember whenever anyone asked me what I wanted to be. I have recently moved from SoCal city life to the SoCal rural desert life with my husband and our two cats. I have four AA degrees from college and consider myself to be a lifelong student. I love meditation, yoga, hiking, arts, music, crafts,many different things, really. I might be new to this particular writing community but I am looking forward to any advice or reading a good story, as there are many excellent examples here. So refreshing and I only hope I can learn to write like the winners featured here!
