My day started out just like any other. I talked with my friends, got home, and checked for mail. When I checked the mailbox though I found a letter from my mom. It was a basic, white envelope with a USA stamp on the corner, and both of our names and addresses. She lives in another state and doesn't write to me much so I was pretty surprised to see her name on an envelope. A wide smile spread across my face as I slowly opened it and read it.
