I’m a trauma survivor, mental health advocate, and the author of She Couldn’t—So I Did: Breaking the Bloodline of Silence, a memoir about reclaiming power, healing generational wounds, and finding my voice in the aftermath of abuse.
Writing has always been my way of turning pain into purpose. Whether I’m crafting emotional recipes, poetic letters, or raw reflections on resilience, I write for the girl I used to be—and the women still fighting to become her.
I also run The Secret Stationery Society, where I design themed journaling and pen pal kits to help others reconnect with themselves and each other through the art of handwritten healing.
When I’m not writing or creating, you’ll find me lifting weights, raising a beautiful son, or chasing freedom with the man who helped me believe in love again.
