By the time I stepped outside, the leaves were on fire. Breathtaking views of crimson waves rolled in front of me and crisp air filled my lungs with a deep inhale. The sky was dim and the sun was melting over the trees and in that moment everything stopped. I slowly turned behind me and faced the bunker I had just pulled myself out of. How long had I been here?
