Allison Fischer was born in Michigan, and spent many years on the move before settling in Reading, Pennsylvania. She enlisted in the Marine Corps in April of 2014 and served five years on active duty, where she met her husband. Now a veteran, Allison supports her husband Dylan in his Marine Corps career. She just returned to the United States from Okinawa, Japan. Allison uses her life experiences as inspiration for her much of her writing, with the hope that someone will be inspired to pursue their own desires, draw comfort from her words, or learn from her mistakes.
