Alisia Hassler is a geologist by day, writer by night, and modern renaissance woman all of the time. She operates out of St. Louis, MO, though she is always itching to experience new places. When she is not busy protecting the planet, she dabbles in poetry, creative non-fiction, and science fiction. Some of her poems have been published in her alma mater’s literary magazine, Southwinds. She is a recent graduate of Missouri University of Science and Technology, where she devoted her time to studying the effects of global climate change.
