Why in all of the beautiful Autumn days in NY did I decide to take the train, I should have just taken an Uber. I’m a hiker with a ridiculous amount of gear on my back, who is now trapped in this moving sardine can. I guess when you live in the city for all your life you become accustomed to the belief that the train is the most logical and affordable form of transportation. Today, I am heading to my favorite spot up in the Catskills Mountains. Once I get off this life drainer, I will walk in the peace of what nature has painted for me...
