Shinobu kept repeatedly asking himself. He was told that he had until about age 20 to live. Yet here he was at 26, back from his daily three to four hours walk. Staring at a sumptuous full grown Pomegranate tree towering over Seiren’s burial spot. Sumptuous full grown Pomegranate tree which wasn’t there at all four hours earlier. Avid and casual readers alike embark on this very special (multi-genre, speculative science-fiction, Historical drama) epic odyssey across the ages, across Time and Space, across History. Peopled with a rich smorgasbord of characters. Shinobu, a Hiroshima survivor. Maria, a Holodomor survivor. Kazimir, a Tungus from 1908. A Neo-Babylonian king. And a sentient celestial debris. So if you like Arthur C. Clarke’s 2001, A space Odyssey, WƂadysƂaw Szpilman’s The Pianist, H. P Lovecraft’s The Colour out of space, Alan Moore’s Watchmen, you’ll love Habracadabrah.
