Emery stood on the sidewalk looking up the street eager to see the all too familiar red volkswagen. He had a long day of work and his vacation had officially started. He shifted his weight from foot to foot in anticipation nearly hopping as he saw the vehicle around the corner. Instead of stopping quickly it turned the corner.
