I am currently a high school and dual-credit English teacher. I stumbled across this site while looking for extra credit opportunities for my students. Though I have always held an affinity for writing, it was not my main purpose here. I tell my students that I would never ask them to do anything I haven't done or would not do. To be true to my word, I have submitted to this site and a couple of contests. Having thoroughly enjoyed the experience, I hope to contribute more in the future.
