Christian Coming of Age Teens & Young Adult

There is a lot of us and US in Jesus..

Take the time.

Take the time to look in front of you.

It takes time.

Your time.

My time.

I will be the first.

The first of the New Year.

The year 2024.

To offer to the ones, the beings, the folks under 21.

A sincere apology.

The sincerest.

The sincere apologies. To. The Younger folks.

We don’t got this.

No.

Not at all.

We have sold your futures.

For our own.

Our own selfish tendencies.

For those who practice-ally believe.

The price is higher.

The us in Jesus becomes even more vital, more important.

And.

We are where we are.

Self control.

Vanished.

Among the adults.

The adults in the room.

And.

The adults in the room who fled because they did not care.

About. You.

Collectively.

We. Adults. Often. Too much actually, talk a good talk.

About the future “of our children.”

When the most diabolical of the adults who talk this good talk.

Could care less.

Could care less.

About you.

Your fears.

Your concerns.

Your worries.

To say, we epically failed.

IS PUTTING IT MILDLY.

But.

Boy oh boy.

We looked good doing it.And you could not have looked.

Worse.

Worse for the wear.

Worse on the threads and Tik-tokally feeds of hungry, mean people.

The first lesson of this new year.

Stay alert.

Be awake.

(We are so way past being “woke.”)

We.

The adults.

NEED.

And.

MUST.

Hunker down for the welfare of you.

Because in all honesty.

We.

(The adults in the room)

Dropped it.

Big time.

No.

Not. Drop it like it’s hot.

We.

(The adults in the room)

Dropped the ball.

On you and your precious futures....

The good news.

There is a quiet, resolving, strong bunch of folks.

A movement of goodness.

Who do.

Care.

About you.

The bad news.

It is oftentimes wrapped in a blanket of “wisdom” and presented as if we know better.

Of knowing (supposedly) what is better for you,

Than you know what is better for you,

Than you. Do.

Know.

It is not so much a matter of a “delay of game.”

Been there. Done that.

It is a matter of.

Cutting the crap.

The adults in the room tend to hide behind the:

familiar.

Adults are people too.

The difference between them. And you.

Is the adults are supposed to.

Know better.

I should be the first.

Another first of this first day of the new year.

To tell you.

I am sorry.

Personally.

I will take action under the guise of the us in Jesus.

For you.

The rest. The confusion. The muck.

I will not participate in, on your behalf.

Unfortunately.

Someone.

Usually a person.

Must be the

“Fall guy.”

By God’s grace we have persons, and persons willing to take this task on.

For the greater good.

Means not that they may have been learning the ropes.

Of swamps.

Far and distant.

Far and wide.

Even the most successful and brilliant of our most brilliant are best when they have the support staff of love, genuine kindness.

And.

A willingness to fight.

The liars.

The cheaters.

Who will not or ever admit,

“Hey. I blew it.”

”Hey. I am blowing it.”

Hard.

Then.

Harder.

But.

Not

Hard.

Enough.

Because.

Here.

I.

Am.

Still blowing it.

And.

Explaining it “away.”

We. Cannot nor should not rely on the CCP, the CCD or the CCC to

“Make it all better.”

Because.

They are adept and astute only at making, the making of:

”Make it all worse.”

For others.

So the door will open to them who want to enter.

Here.

At YOUR expense.

Your expense young folks.

Ugh. By God’s grace, not on the watch of those who care.

And.

There are many who.

Get it.

Get the fact your young futures are at risk because some persons prefer beef to rice.

On this day of firsts. Of the New Year.

I will be one of the firsts to pledge.

I will use and do whatever it takes.

To secure you and your futures.

For you.

Even if and when I may become “ugly” in the process.

No one said it would be easy.

I will share a little “ditty”. A song of:

Past.

And.

Future.

A no short cut way of making it to the end of the year.

The end of our lives.

Yours. Mine. Ours.

We must go back, a moment, in history.

Only and in order to.

Move forward.

Forge ahead.

With honesty, simplicity.

In 1796.

A folk song.

And. We are folks.

You. Young folks.

Others. Old folks.

It is about looking back at the days of the past.

Stick with me…..A total drag. I get it.

I understand.

More than you may know.

Often spoken and sung (in potential desperate times), at this time of year:

”Should auld acquaintance be forgot/

And never brought to mind?”

It is a rhetorical poem.

In between the lines.

Life.

And.

Business.

”Happens.”

Kinda like sh**.

Should you/we forget about old friends.

Kinda a loaded question when you put it in the guise of.

”Numbers.”

Remembering.

Reminiscing.

Forgetting.

Convenient forgetting.

Not convenient forgetting.

Fond.

Fondess.

Warm.

Warmth.

For the good old days.

For memories.

Of the good old days.

Running for the exits yet……

Well. Yea…. kinda.

”There’s a hand, my trusty fierce/ and give’s hand o’ thine/And well tak a right guid willy waught.”

Huh?

Say what?

This means the singer is giving his hand to his trusty friend and the friend does the same.

How beautiful.

How wonderful.

Singing for your supper?

Not on my watch.

And.

Good to know.

For those of you navigating life.

There exist many caveats, arrangements, and the like….

They exist for the upper half. Of the so called beautiful people.

Will you know it when you see it?

Chances are.

Possibly no.

But then again.

It depends on the agendas of the moment.

The agendas of the time.

May I suggest.

At this time.

You trust.

Only.

Your inner voice.

It never fails.

You.

And.

Those around you.

Even if “they” put you in the throes of the fight.

That you had no intention of ever,

Ever,

engaging in.

Engagement has its “problems.”

BIG problems.

Because.

While some are left to do the

hard work.

Others are left

absolutely incapable, cluless, perhaps,

as to what to do next.

Selfishness has a way of knee capping the best of the best in the gobsmack inability, the gob smack influency of speech during stellar careers. They forgot, because it cost too much, to admit and then say it.

To say the hurt that hurts, hurts too much.

And. They blew it.

And. Then. Others. Are the so called, “freaks.”

When in fact the real freaks run amok spending money they do not have the right to and attempting to:

Talk, talk, talk. IE: Explain it all away.

While others’ backs ache and wretch at the mere, game of it all.

Because, young folks, talk is just that.

Talk.

Actions speak louder than words.

Accountability has a price some are never willing to pay for themselves, but will charge the masses for their misgivings and failing because they are and were

Too weak.

To admit their own failings, misgivings, faults.

And made a conscious decision to pass the bill on to

You.

The foundation of us and more importantly the US should never be in line with the CCD, CCD, the CCP.

The lines of justice must continue to stay within the line of protection of youth and their hard work and wares. Here. In the land of the free, home of the brave, the land of us and US and

JESUS. Is our freedom. To be. You. And. Me.

Your futures depends on it.

Happy New Year.

We. Got. You.

Those who believe in the biblically held foundational principles, in the “us”in Jesus—

Got. YOU.

The others.

Who use foundational principles.

To “stay.”

Here.

On shaken and unsteady “terms.”

May find it time to.

Get to work.

Hard work.

Or talky work.

(Watch out for this.)

Fellowship works. We know what is at stake.

Not steak.

There are no shortcuts.

There is no faking belief.

Happy New Year!

(364 wonderful days of accountability to go!)😉

Perhaps.

You may start folding, your own hands.

And.

Get moving.

It may be a prudent time to wonder:

Consider, declare your deeply held beliefs—- verbally, and all that “stuff.”

Instead of wondering,” What’s in your wallet.?

Or.

”Their wallet.”

Focus. Inward.

Trust your inner voice.

The adults in the room, well, they continue to try and figure things out……

Reminder:

There are no short cuts.

It takes time.

Your time.

My time.

In the end.

Truth always wins.
