Right. Well, I don’t know what I expected but this wasn’t it. It had just passed noon when I — through the forest and pulled up into what I guess you could call some remanence of a driveway. A vague path curved around a lone tree in the clearing, it was surrounded by long blades of grass that only recently seemed to gain the courage to venture into this bare area.
