Its starting to feel like fall

Listen...... Yall its raining outside let's go tell mom Kendra told her siblings. Knock knock come in mom shouted. Kendra walked in and went to the window, listen mom you hear that she turned and looked at her mom. Yes love I hear it that rain aint playing no games mom said. Do you think its going to snow? Kendra said looking out the window. Yeah we going to get some snow, just not right now because its only fall. Kendra walk out her mom room to go back to her room as she said oh that sucks. It begin to thunder making the whole apartment shake. Raise up the window bae I love hearing the rain it calms n relaxes my mind mom told her husband. As he raises up the window plink.... plink...... plink..... the rain hitting on the window. Its dark cold and quiet outside. Cars passing hitting they breaks as they tires slide on the wet street. As mom begin to doze off again the sound of the alarm clock scared her dang what time it is as she looked at her phone for the time. Is it still raining she asked her husband. Nope but its cold as heck out there her husband replied. Let me go get the kids ready for school mom said while getting out the bed slowly and walking out the room. Good morning rise n shine sweethearts its time for school. Go eat yall breakfast and dress warm its not summer its fall so put something on yall arms. Yes ma'am is it still raining outside Kendra said with her wild morning breath hitting the air. Its not raining but its real cold mom replied as she opened the front door. The wind is talking yall she said as she listened to the wind whistle its way thru the tiny holes in the window. Well yall no more summer hot days its really beginning to feel like fall. Mom said as she closes the door back and walk to the kitchen. Bae you want some coffee she asked her husband well sure I do he said while entering the kitchen yawning. I'm bout to fix a egg sandwich you want one her husband asked. Nope I made cinnamon rolls she replied back. Oh ok well I want one of those to he said as he opens the refrigerator to get the eggs. Ok mom replied you can sure have one. Who running all that water? Mom asked. Nobody running water mariah said. Listen I know I hear water I ain't trippn mom said. Dang its raining even harder Kaleb said, as he runs n pull the curtain back to show his parents how hard it was raining. Dang its Friday how we going to the fair after school if its doing all this raining mariah said as she start looking out the window. Yall just going to have to go another day if it don't stop raining dad replied. Yall get ready to get in the car, im going to bring yall n sit with yall at the bus stop mom replied. Wow they should cancel school its raining to bad listen Kendra replied. Nice try you still going to school dad said. I know Kendra replied, well act like it and go get in the car dad replied. As they all leave out the house running to the car, Kaleb fell. Boy you so dang goofy, how you going to school all muddy like that mom said. I can go change Kaleb said. The well do I know as mom and Kaleb runs back up 3 flights of stairs. Yall keep me young mom said as she opening the door. Kaleb goes in his room and change. Give me them dirty clothes so I can wash them and you need to wipe down them shoes she said as she taking the dirty clothes out his hand. Yes ma'am bout to do that now. He goes in the bathroom and wipe down his shoes. Mom put the clothes in the washer and start wiping the water off the floor. The rain putting too much work on me I love the rain but dang I hate doing stuff over again because of it. Kaleb said listen mom thats not regular rain falling. Mom turns around and look out the window and take out her phone to dial her husband. Hello he answered, is that rain or hail outside because that sounds hurtful. Yes its hailing a little bit dad respond but hurry up these kids about to miss the bus. We coming but I ain't trying to get hurt by no dang hail mom said. Girl if you don't come on you and Kaleb about to get left dad said. Leave if you want you just going to be driving him to school mom said. Well yall come on its already 7:30 dad said. Look we coming mom said as she hang up the floor. They opened the door this time mom held Kaleb hand so he wouldn't fall again because he just messed up a outfit that she just brought yesterday. Come on boy mom said to Kaleb as they ran to the car. With Kaleb almost falling again mom was getting mad. Yall bus need to hurry up so I can go get back in my cozy bed. Thats not fair Kendra responded. Life is not fair I graduated from school already and we didn't have as much breaks as the school systems do now. Yall get a break for anything, break this break that how yall going to learn anything always being on break. The family laughed together as the school bus pulled up.
