Building character side by side with sagacious characters

Today marks the beginning of the coming for some.

To some.

A time for reflection. A time to remember.

The Good. The Bad. The Ugly. Of us. Of ourselves.

Hold ourselves accountable. If you will.

I will.

The Adventurous Adventures of Advent.

”A beautiful promise, a time of Advent, your Lord is coming”. (PF)

But. You gotta believe in the Spirit.

Today’s message was enveloped in inclusivity and invitation. I accept His invitation!!

I do.

I “will” these spiritual beliefs to you, readily, willingly and able-y.

The invitation is always open, the message “tweaked” and updated with our changing times.

Takeaway? There are many ways, many intentions behind the intent to build up character, to build good characters, rather than

break down, tear down, mis spell, emote emoticons like-there-is-no-tomorrow.

How do I know? When He for sure will let me know He is here? Then, how do I confidently let YOU know He is near, is close.

Well.

The other day,

It hit me like a ton of bricks.

Maybe it was the other way around.

Either way.

It left a mark.

Is the line if pictures even a sentence? Last I knew reading and comprehending left to right, turn the page was the “Way to Go” of all “Way to Go’s”!!!! For a young child. For an older child.

Where did it go wrong? Interests sold to a highest bidder…..? I dunno. I do not think I wanna know.

A rite of childhood is and always will be the opportunity to.

No matter how we try to “Symbolic-it” up or down.

Little persons learning how to read: Words. Real words. Foundational words.

Ok. Back to He. And. Back to His Mom: The Her.

A good idea. In order. To build character up.

Not to break it down, tear it down. In and with various “texts” it has been texted: (and I paraphrase too)

”Unto Thy compassion do we flee, o Mother of God. Despise not our supplication in difficulty, but deliver us from danger, o only pure one, only blessed.”

IE. Cut the crap.

Just seeing if you are still awake. Not “pre-occupied with your next “venture”, next text, next move, next tear down.

Because the mundane is boring. How will He come? Is He present in our path? Did we stomp all over him, step all over Him with our realizing what we were doing?

I hope not.

Hope can be a four letter word.

Like poop.

He is present in the common, every day and ordinary things in life.He is present in the face of gray and monotonous.(PF)

You want excitement?

Get in line.

He inspires our actions. To get to there from here as a servant of His. And His Mother. He is present in our path, however unless we focus, and really, really listen( Sans the ear buds).

It is only silence that we bring on ourselves.

He is waiting for you at the “end of the line”.

“Through difficulty and pain. Your Lord is coming. He is near. Makes Himself close.At the end of time will come with embrace. (PF)

To embrace YOU with a strong hug, a gentle hug, a side hug, a bump hug, a giant bear hug.

The choice is yours how you get to that point. For some the theology, the theoretical is so difficult to understand. So spectacular and unbelievable.

Spectacular. No doubt.

Theological. A systemic study of the nature of the divine, more broadly, of religious belief.

Studied and applied to and for by and of:

Pain.

The pain is real.

The pain is raw.

Pre-occupation with the whys and what’s and buts.

Never ending.

”Raise awareness as a weapon of conflicts (PF)

I get this brilliant statement.

Do you?

And. If you do.

”Whaddya gonna do ‘bout it”

Translation: “What are YOU going to do about it”?

Apathy. Froze ness. “You-go-first-so-I-can-watch” is it a cowards’ mentality. A dis-couraging intention and practice.

What should I do? You ask. He answers.

Stay innocent and pure in His eyes. Stay innocent and pure in Her eyes. And the Spectacular will follow you.

Day by day.

I am afraid! You cry.

Me too. I say. To you.

Violence is never an answer. Loud violence. Soft violence. Overt violence. Word violence. ”Violence destroys the future. The lives and hopes of young people. And Peace.” (PF)

Why would you want to so this? Dis-courage. Destroy the lives of

Anyone?

Check yourself before you wreck yourself (awa)

Be and stay vigilant.

Prefer NOT to be:

“Shaken from a “stooper”” but to

”Awaken from a slumber” (PF)

Well rested and ready to take on the next task of the day. With Him. On His path of Goodness. Encouragement.

Not “diss”-courage- meant. Words, deeds and actions meant to dis-courage.

Not encourage.

That is just plain: Mean. Meanness. Worst of all.

Unnecessary. If Peace is what you seek. Bonafide Peace for all. Not just self.

Stealing is what it is. Even if and when you cannot “see” it coming. Makes zero difference. Yet. To some. It can make all the difference in the world. In the life of a child growing and building into a charactered good individual.

Recognize the moment. Recognize the situation.

It is what it is:

For example: A quiz question. For you.

Two men will be in the field.(PF)

One taken.

One left.

Which man was vigilant?

Which man was destructive?

Which man stuck to his principles?

Which man pulled away, didn’t notice anything.

Which man was afraid?

Which man was courageous?

Which man was overwhelmed, pre-occupied?

Which man was focused, looking forward.

Looking forward.🙂

Looking forward to His coming. His renewed arrival into out lives. Back into our lives. Even if and when we do not always,

Understand.

The science of the conscience. Is spectacular. However. Remember the pain may still be raw. Founded and of raw materials. No. worries. Even if and when we are afraid, we fear the Lord may

”Pass us by”. That we, as imperfect humans will not recognize Him.

Pay Attention. (PF)

On His path. You will feel less heavy. Your feet will feel less heavy on his path. Less draggy.

Less of a “drag”.

Stay ready.

Stay prepared.

Build up?

Not.

Tear down?

Take the path of least resistance?
