The Will of Family

This is the Will of Nicole Richard, supervised by Nick Railend. 

If you are reading this will that means that the time has finally come for this woman to pass. The people in the room should include Nick Railend, Jessica Benalf, Nancy Hoffmen, her children will not be present due to the fact of adult information. Tom Richard, Lillian Richard, and Thomas Richard must be present.  

My will is something that is entirely important and most likely important to those who are sitting in this room at the moment, but as said in the movie the ultimate gift I have chosen to give my estate to my ex- best friend Jessica Benolf and her family.

This house is located on 6th and the corner of star with the address of 136. Jessica this house is fully paid for and ready to fit your big family and keep them safe and sound, you won’t have to worry about the bills for a while because I will also be giving you a payment of 30 grand. I know that doesn’t seem like much to start off with but knowing how hard working your family is it will be easy for you guys to stay in this house. I hope you enjoy it the best you can. Make sure to tell your children that I have a treasure hunt ready for them when you guys move in.

The term ex best friend may come shocking to some of my family members, and this is not something where you can explain all the reasons that you do things, it isn’t a book that you can just publish to the whole world, it’s personal and important. I must say what truly matters in the space that I am given, and that is did I ever really consider you all to be my family?

If you think I considered you family please write your name down on the paper in front of you. You will be given a special note after this will be over. 

This will isn’t like most, it’s longer than most and I had to pay a price for that and I have gladly never regretted doing that. 

Family has many meanings, and to certain people it only has one true meaning. I want to be remembered by this will to give something that is important to someone that has helped me realize the beauty in what true family was and what it could turn out to be. 

The savings will be given to my one and only step-sisters children all split accordingly once they reach the age of 18, in which Nick will decide how much money to give to each person. The mother Nancy Hoffmen will receive some of the savings to use accordingly to help the children grow up, which will also be given according to what Nick thinks is appropriate to give.  In this first savings account there is 800 grand for all the five children and the mother. 

Those children are the brightness of the future, and living through a rough childhood myself I understand the struggles they are facing even if it’s only half blood related. Nancy you have done an amazing job at raising them by yourself, and I couldn’t ask for a best sister. 

My father and mother will receive nothing. My brother will receive nothing. That is until they complete what I will go on to explain. 

People won’t be happy with this as I have already predicted, as this is my will the last thing people close to me will hear from me, I must say that I want to give these important things to people who know the true meaning of family. This entire will shows what I want to be remembered by, and I want to give others the last possible gift that I can give to them, one that is truly meaningful.  

My dear father and mother, you may have raised me but you did not raise me to understand what family truly was, my dear brother you left me in the darkness, you left your other family members when they needed you most. I am giving you three a true chance to restart life, not just the way I want but the way that it really should be. 

I do have two savings accounts. Those who have understood what family really is by these last two months will be able to get into the second savings account and do whatever you have to with it. That goes for my father, Tom Richard, and my mother, Lillian Richard, and my brother, Thomas Richard. 

The person wearing the suit and presenting you the will should give you the date to come up with the meaning of family, my step sister, my ex best friend, and this person wearing the suit named Nick, will all be witnesses and decide who gets to be able to have access to the savings account that has a million $. But they also are not the only ones to decide, those who haven’t seen the answering video such as Nancy and Jessica will soon know the answer and understand how to correctly decide when the time comes. I trust in them very much, if Nick finds out that anyone asked them to give you any hints or answers you will be disqualified from getting anything out of this will, the only thing you will get is my disappointment. 

In each video that will be presented to these certain people I will be giving you clues and things to help you figure out what I really wanted to hear. The rest of this writing will  go to those who haven’t received anything yet, but to those who have you are amazing, and have amazing families and I wish you all the best to continue your journeys without me, please exit the room and follow the attendant to see the video of the answer and be on your ways with your new gifts. I love all of you very much. 

Now that they are gone each of you will be going into a separate room to watch separate films, as everyone can already tell this will of mine is very well related to my favorite movie. Many hints lie in that movie and might even give you half the answer that I am seeking if you truly understand it. 

After each film is watched you will be given a week each to complete and come up with something to say about the things that you have done. If you have achieved the correct things then you will be able to continue all the way until the last film. 

If you choose to not take part just know that you will not be allowed access to the savings account and will not be allowed to ever rejoin. If you chose to not participate then you truly have failed at the meaning of what family is, just keep that in mind all of you. 

After each film is completed and done with, you will all be given letters to read about something that I want all of you to know and remember as you continue, and then the next film will come all the way until the time period is over.

I don’t have much words left to write in this will, I know it might seem like I hate you guys but I don’t, you did teach me other lessons in life just not the ones that you really should have focused on. I love all of you and I hope that you will learn to keep that in your hearts along the way.
