Luck can be a funny thing.
A supernatural thing.
A tangible thing.
Running up a hill on the way to nowhere can be exhaustingly refreshing too.
Homophonally speaking, words don’t mean, people mean.
With that being said, I challenge you. To exercise. Your soul. Question. Ask yourself. Or, just jump right in and see what happens. Go on, “mingle with the sinners” as Jesus had done. Why did he do this. Why did he “hang out”, “meet up” with them? To change them from themselves, their behavior? Why did he think about and wish righteousness for all?
He wishes for us to convert our own restlessness into our own righteousness. He wants us to exercise our belief system Strengthen it. Most of all, he wishes for us to share it with others. This is not a “luck” thing.
Share the pain
Share the gain.
Exactly.
But to do so, we must venture out—of our comfort zone.
Sans the judgment.
Faith is not borne of our own merits. (pf).
By the grace of God, we are born, and by a belief in His mercy we are able to walk on. If you choose or wish to call it luck, that may be prudent. If you put it into practice, that is a wanting, a need to exercise and strength yourself. For yourself. For others.
And that is a good thing.
Sharing.
Share the pain. Share the gain. The good. The bad. The beautiful. The ugly.
Actually God, and son Jesus would give the banks a run for their money. The ultimate ATM, if you will.
And I do will. Myself and my core, my nucleus, every minute of every day to “get it”, do it, and share it. It can be tiring. It can also be exhilarating. At the same time. A kind of bi polar happening within one’s own heart while the head whispers to a scream for you to stay the course.
But what happens when our restlessness causes the connection to sputter, falter and become on the verge of frailty and brokenness?
Run to the ATM. For a quick fix, a quick cure?
Or breathe a sigh of relief that He is present in out beings, if we just pay a little more attention, spend a little more time getting to know the stranger in the mirror.
Faith is not borne of our own merits. We must risk daily encounters with the Lord in order to “get this”. Walk with His mercies on our journey of faith with wonder and contemplation. (pf).
Bare our soul. Right down to wearing nothing to cover it up. If that does not make one strong……Astonish sin. Astonishing sin is within all of us. We have the power to astonish sin and extinguish it every day.
When on the banks of a river, Jesus mingled with the sinners, not in order to pass judgment. “Let it be so now”, He said. Fulfil all righteousness. He was aware of the limited scope of some people, their limited ideas of justice. Because he ventured out, he ventured out among them. He was working the crowd in a way of strict scrutiny of goodness.
For some to think that to “pay” for a sin is righteous justice, righteous compensation sometimes depends on where you stand.
And if you walk in the light of Jesus’s path, take the journey with Him, it becomes clearer and clearer overtime and you become closer and closer to the supernatural luck he provides if you will simply listen.
Yep. The ultimate ATM. There when you need Him, delivering the message to you of sharing and goodwill when you need Him most.
Justice comes from love. Not pay back. Not refunds. Not coupons.
Love comes from compassion and His mercy. But one must ask for, seek inner forgiveness and forgiveness of others in order to “get it”.
God’s justice does not impart penalties, no judgment. That is sometimes why we become so restless within ourselves if we have done something wrong. There is the possibility the wrong will eat away at our core and we are left with immense suffering.
Suffering ourselves into thinking we are owed something that will never come to be. Over time, one can learn, exercise and practice that walk with God, a walk with His son is supernatural luck worth diving into, running up a hill for and walking alongside.
The proof is in the pudding.🙂
Because the meaning of divine justice is simply good. True justice of God is the mercy that saves. (pf) Mercy that raises us up. He desired to serve us by going to the bottom of the abyss Himself.
Rock bottom.
He was not above us in thinking He deserved anything more than us but was ready, willing and able. That we deserved anything less than Him. He simply wanted and wants to be there for us. For us to be better.
Beautiful. Wouldn’t you agree? And if you do not agree, that is ok too. To see the light one must open their eyes. To the good. To the goodness all around them even if and when they are not looking.
Give a hand. Lend a hand. Join hands. It is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning, that we are pardoned. Some souls are afraid of this justice. This divine justice. A divine intervention. Reliance on God, His Son is one of life’s greatest gifts. To be honored, even in moments of ultimate fragility.
Sharing souls. Sharing frailties. Not division. Not dividing. But sharing is where we learn how to share of ourselves as He has taught us to do. Carry each other’s burdens with compassion and help.
The ultimate shot in the arm!☺️
No gossip. No division, No blame games. No mind games. They all matter to a person. They are not a way to justice. A gossip kills society, kills fraternity. Immerse Him in our frailty. (Pf) Dive right into His mercies and see how goodness can come from tragedy, community built on a stronger foundation. Avoid at all costs the snares of evil.
Beautiful.
Why bother? So we can receive life again. Un closed off from our own guilt-ridden thoughts, words and actions. Opening ourselves up to and for change. Rise up to the change in ourself he knows is within us. Frailties and all. The Ultimate ATM provider is there, waiting for us and will provide all the change we need.
If we simply ask Him.
For His help. 😀
Pray for goodness.
Worship Him.
Exercise and practice,
Every minute of every gift-full day He gives us.
