Welcome!

To the New Year!

To the Unbreakable Bond

Of Never Being Lost. Of never, ever losing sight of God.

Because he is never lost. Because his Mother never lost sight of his magnificent influence on persons choosing to believe. In this world. In that world. In their world. In any world.

He was, is and always shall be the Influencer of all Influencers!

Of Peace that Passes Understanding.

Welcome to the understanding. Welcome to the confusion. His Mother stood firm and strong. Solemnly mute because she never lost sight of his greatness(pf) Never lost sight of his potential. Silently walking by his side through thick and thin, holding his heart in her hand forever. Letting go only for him to go out and preach to others about how to become a better person.

We can all use help in that department🫤.

The Language of Love. To better ourselves. To better our souls. The unbreakable bond of bonafide care. Of reconstructing hope where the down trodden may lose sight. Taking care. Gentle and quiet care of her son. In order to share his gift with the world.

Today we seek out her wisdom for the coming New Year. How did she do what she did? The ultimate working mother🙂. Rearing a baby boy with kindness and gentleness so that boy could soulfully turn into a man who spreads good words about peace.

Through and with a Mother who understood that peace passes understanding. Solemnly mute. Present always.

She taught us to ask through prayer, to ask through actions. To ask through brotherhood. She never wants us to stop asking.

For help. For guidance. For leadership. And she gave us her son as a gift to us. To share peace with one another. To keep our souls in tact and in check.

How? Can I be like her? To raise up a boy who turns into such a man? Such a good and honest man?

”Mary, Mother of God my mother, Queen of Peace, ask your son Jesus to give me the gift of peace. Pray for me for peace; peace in my heart, peace of mind and soul, peace in my family, peace with all whom I meet, the peace of Jesus”

”I put all my hopes in thee, all my salvation. receive me as thy servant and cover me with the mantle of thy protection, thou the Mother of mercy!”

Amen.

Today is the Solemnnity of Mary. Among the twelve days of Christmas, the Solemnity of Mary is observed on January 1 every year by the Latin Rite of the Catholic Church. It is the eighth day of Christmastide and is a feast to celebrate Mary’s motherhood. It is also known as the Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God. This holy day sometimes gets forgotten easily amid the New Year celebrations but is one of utmost reverence for people of the Christian faith.(cp)

When the Novus Ordo was introduced, the liturgical calendar was revised, and the Feast of the Circumcision was sidelined in favor of reviving the ancient practice of the Solemnity of Mary. Thus, January 1 was once again dedicated to the Mother of God, and this time as a universally celebrated feast.

A Mother who provided and nourished her sons body and soul through the act of kindness and grace. Through and of a peace that passes understanding. Quietly. Mutely. Lovingly. Firmly. Strongly. Unwaveringly. Sometimes tiringly so. Creating an environment of love and compassion. To give as a gift for all children. A call for our attention and compassion for one another. Through thick. Through thin.

To take care.

For us to care for our healthy interiors. (PF) So that we can ably and capably care for others, our neighbors, our friends. Creating positivity in the face of doubt and confusion. A positive creation of the environment we live in. For ourselves. For others.

Choosing selfless actions over egoism. Let’s call it CET—Critical Ego Theory. For us to dig down deep and see where we need to make amends, repairs in our core, so that we can strongly give and give back the gift we have received from the Mother of God.

How? How did she do that? For him. For us?

Steadfastly. Firmly. Unwaveringly. He called. He asked. She answered quietly, solemnly mute.

A call to action of reflection and contemplation each and every day (PF) A turn for the worse can turn into a change of heart for the better. Confusing.Yes. Impossible.No. Not with the bonafide belief in the bond of a higher power.

One heart+one soul= a faithful servant.

She knew this well. Kept “chipping away” at the doubt—relentlessly. Tunnel vision-ly. But vision is what she held in the core of a life. Good vision. Honest vision. What to do with a mysterious prodigy? Who sees things other of us miss.

Nurture with kindness and patience and a language of pure and simple love. During the best of times. During the worst of times. But at all times. Every minute. Every hour. Every tear, every giggle, every tantrum, every outburst of anger of joy.

A vision of what is best for her sons well being and growth. Silently guiding with a hand full of love, acceptance and compassion. So he, in turn would learn to love and share his prodigious gifts unegotistically. With others for their growth and wisdom. To pass it on to others. Not hoard in the cupboard of deception.

The Mother of God was deaf to the naysayers. Did not bother to hear their criticisms of her son. Time is precious. Children are precious. She forged ahead. Unwaveringly. Un concerned with her popularity. She had a job to do and took the task seriously and with a loving hand of directional grace. An unspoken language of love and welcome.

Through her son. His nurtured life. His nourished soul. For him to share the unspoken words of wisdom as he learned them through examples of visionary and steadfast grace. Leaving judgment behind as his mother had taught him. To spread the good news of a peace that passes understanding.

Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with you! A peace that was meant to be.🙂
