I am recently widowed. I have four adult children, and three grand kids ages 3, 8, and 10. I do a lot of writing since I lost my husband. I am very active on Fan Story, and hope to become very active here, as well. I have one book of poetry, "A Teacher's Thoughts In Poem", that was published in 2005. I have also been published in several anthologies. I am currently working on a novel about what an evacuee family goes through after a hurricane. Chapters have been posted on a site called Fanstory.
